Clumsy smut, wherein these two are trying to figure out how to make this work, but Olivia is still very shy and Eliwood is still very awkward. I’m bad at PWP, so I’d probably do a series of smutty one-shots that framed a story of them learning how each other work in an intimate way, getting less clumsy and more sexy as they go… so, the slow evolution of Olivia learning how to dom? Hehehe.
Eliwood took up dance to get closer to the beautiful girl he saw on stage. Who would’ve thought he’d fall so far in love—with both dancing, and with Ninian.
Basically Eliwood proposes during dance practice and is definitely really dumb and sappy about it because that’s just Eliwood for you. Ninian is endeared, of course, because how can you not be?
Hit the nail on the head. Being trans should not be treated as some neat little affectation for a character. It’s not an act of rebellion or some bold political statement. It’s an intensely personal struggle and it doesn’t do anyone any good to try and make it trendy.
There also is a predominance of trans headcanons (also gay and mental disorder headcanons while on the subject) that rely more on stereotypical traits than actual traits - a double whammy of fetishizing and marginalizing the fact at hand. So.
